ENERGY,EDUCATION & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (EEES) PROGRAM
Community Action Agencies are required to create a Community Action Plan that serves as a two-year roadmap demonstrating how Community Action Agencies plan to deliver services funded through the Community Service Block Grant. Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) conducted a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing its 2024-2025 Community Action Plan, which sets the funding priorities for local services based on the 2021 Community Needs Assessment.

We regret to inform our clients that the Emergency Rental Assistance Program is currently not accepting applications due to a lack of funding for the year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please check back regularly, as we will update this page if funding becomes available, and applications reopen.

Upon eligibility approval, the Emergency Rental Assistance Program will pay up to a maximum of 3 months of past due rent. Financial assistance will only be payable directly to the landlord of the rental property. No exceptions!
Availability of this service is dependent upon available funding. Please check back regularly, as we will update this page if funding becomes available, and applications reopen.
