Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC)'s responsibility in continuing  to wage the war on poverty is to develop and implement programs that address the most serious needs of low-income residents of San Bernardino County.  CAPSBC currently administers the following human service programs at no cost to participants.

 

Eligibility is based on poverty guidelines established by the federal government. Due to limited resources, priority is sometimes given to senior citizens and disabled persons. Certain programs are designated for specific target groups such as single women with children and homeless families.
