Energy, Education & Environmental Services
To provide energy conservation measures and education to make our communities homes more comfortable, healthful, and energy-efficient.
Helping to provide a better quality of life for low-income residents while conserving natural energy.
The Energy, Education and Environmental Services (EEES) Program's purpose is to make homes more comfortable and energy efficient while lowering the cost of natural resources.
EEES also provides energy education and crisis intervention programs to assist clients in mitigating circumstances that would keep their energy burdens high.
