Community Action Agencies are required to create a Community Action Plan that serves as a two-year roadmap demonstrating how Community Action Agencies plan to deliver services funded through the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). As required by California Government Code Section 12747(b)-(d), Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) will be conducting a Public Hearing in person and virtually for the purpose of reviewing its 2024-2025 Community Action Plan. The CAPSBC Community Action Plan sets the 2024-2025 funding priorities for local services based on the 2021 Community Needs Assessment. All testimony presented by low-income individuals and families during the public hearing will be identified in the final Community Action Plan.
