A private nonprofit agency dedicated to serving San Bernardino County since 1965.

Effective Monday, January 4, 2021

During the coronavirus pandemic, Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County is committed to safeguarding the health of our clients and employees while continuing to serve those in need. We have made some changes to how we deliver our services. Services are provided on an appointment basis only until further notice; clients will not be accepted in our facilities without an appointment. You can contact us via telephone or through our website to schedule appointments for services from our Family Development Program (FDP) and Energy, Education, and Environmental Services (EEES) Program.

Family Development Program services include housing assistance, children's services, emergency assistance, essential supplies, and employment support services. Call 909-723-1558 for more information and to schedule an appointment.

Our Energy, Education, and Environmental Services Program is assisting clients by appointment only and online applications. If you need assistance with utility bills or weatherization, we have created a secure system for you to apply for help and submit documents online. If you cannot access the link, click here to locate and download an application; once you have completed it, mail it back to us. For additional information call 909-723-1500.

Thank you for your patience during this time and know that we are here to help you!
