Attention CAPSBC Clients
Effective immediately, Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) will no longer accept applications for the low-income Household Water Program (LIHWAP). The available funding for this program has been depleted. All pending LIHWAP applications received prior to this notice posting will be reviewed for eligibility and processed subject to funding availability.
As there is no guarantee that all client applications processed will meet the eligibility requirements, we encourage all clients to continue making payments to their local water agency to avoid service shutoffs. CAPSBC staff will communicate with clients regarding the status of their submitted applications.

Efectivo inmediatamente, la Asociación de Acción Comunitaria del Condado de San Bernardino ya no aceptará solicitudes para el Programa de Asistencia de Agua para Hogares de Bajos Ingresos (LIHWAP). CAPSBC 2024/2025 Community Action Plan
Community Action Agencies are required to create a Community Action Plan that serves as a two-year roadmap demonstrating how Community Action Agencies plan to deliver services funded through the Community Service Block Grant. Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) conducted a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing its 2024-2025 Community Action Plan, which sets the funding priorities for local services based on the 2021 Community Needs Assessment.
