Community Pantry Check-in
Food Bank Announcements
The Community Pantry program operates Monday thru Friday from 1pm-3pm except for CAPSBC observed holidays.
Agency check-in must be submitted by 11:30am the day of the scheduled pickup, and only approved agencies with a current Community Pantry program agreement are eligible to pick-up. Late check-ins will not be accommodated. After you successfully submit your pickup request below, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email in the event there is a discrepancy with our records.
Please note, completed and accurate distribution paperwork must be submitted prior to receiving additional product.

Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Thursday, January 1, 2026 in observance of Christmas & New Year's Day
USDA-CFA agencies, if any days listed above conflicts with your pick-up or distribution you MUST email the Food Bank at least 7 days in advance. If you DO NOT choose another day, your next pick-up will be on your regular scheduled day the following week.

Agency Program Updates:

Address Relocation Notification

Agencies must notify CAPSBC Food Bank before moving to a new distribution address.

CAPSBC staff must inspect the facility for proper dry storage and cold/freezer standards.

Failure to notify CAPSBC before relocation may result in suspension or termination from the program.

Distribution Changes

Agencies must inform CAPSBC of any changes, including:

Not distributing food

Permanent changes to distribution day or time

Coordinator changes (requires a new agreement form)

Scanned or emailed paperwork will NOT be accepted. Original paperwork needs to be submitted on or before your pick-up. Please make copies for your agency records.
