Community Pantry Check-in

Announcements & News

The Community Pantry program operates Monday thru Friday from 1pm-3pm except for CAPSBC observed holidays.

 

Agency check-in must be submitted by 11:30am the day of the scheduled pickup, and only approved agencies with a current Community Pantry program agreement are eligible to pick-up. Late check-ins will not be accommodated. After you successfully submit your pickup request below, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email in the event there is a discrepancy with our records.

 

Please note, completed and accurate distribution paperwork must be submitted prior to receiving additional product.

  • Monday, January 16, 2023, Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday

  • Monday, February 20, 2023, Presidents’ Day

  • Friday, March 31, 2023, Cesar Chavez Day

  • Monday, May 29, 2023, Memorial Day

  • Monday, June 19, 2023, Juneteenth

  • Tuesday, July 4, 2023, Independence Day

  • Monday, September 4, 2023, Labor Day

  • Monday, October 9, 2023, Indigenous People Day

  • Friday, November 10, 2023, Veteran’s Day

  • Thursday and Friday, November 23 & 24, 2023, Thanksgiving Holiday

  • Monday and Tuesday, December 25 & 26, 2023, Christmas Holiday

  • Friday, December 29, 2023, New Year’s Eve

  • Monday, January 1, 2024, New Year’s Day

 

USDA-CFA agencies, if any days listed above conflicts with your pick-up or distribution you MUST contact the Food Bank immediately to choose an alternate day to pick-up. Space is limited, take action now by e-mailing the following staff with the date and time of distribution and/or pick up the month prior to your distribution: rdelgado@capsbc.org  cc:wharris@capsbc.org cc:cwhitfield@capsbc.org
